Drew Barrymore's Neiman Marcus Fall Campaign

Utilizing her charming beauty to help peddle products, Neiman Marcus called upon Drew Barrymore to front their fall advertising campaign.
The "He's Just Not That Into You" actress swapped in and out of a range of the department store's high-end offerings as she posed for photographer Norman Jean Roy.
Talking about the campaign, Eddie Nunns, vice president of Neiman Marcus brand creative, told WWD, ?The shoot tells the story of a star?s transformation and Ms. Barrymore had a strong hand in the execution, even down to having a point of view on hair styling."
Debuting in a handful of magazine's September issues, Nunns added, "She?s a powerful, modern woman with trans-generational appeal.?

MMA TV rumors: Is FOX leading bidder for UFC? CBS may stay in MMA biz by inking ProElite
Mixed martial arts is in good shape if multiple networks are fighting for both the UFC and smaller promotions.
The UFC's deal with Spike expires near the end of the year, so negotiations with some of the bigger power plays in the U.S. have been ongoing. A few months back, the Wall Street Journal reported that Comcast/NBC was hot and heavy for the UFC. That included the promotion possibly purchasing the Comcast owned G4 network. Now ESPN.com is saying Fox may be in the lead.
ESPN.com has learned that the UFC's rumored 2012 broadcast deal with NBC and takeover of the company's G4 network may not happen now, as the unconfirmed rumbling are that negotiations may have broken down. Several sources say Fox -- including its FOX Network, FX, Fox Sports Net and Fuel properties -- is the new front runner for a UFC distribution deal and that an agreement could be done by the end of the month.
It makes sense since the UFC announced a deal with Fox Sports Latin America on Thursday.
The deal gives FOX Sports the rights to air UFC content in 18 countries in Latin America, excluding Brazil. UFC fans in the region will now have access to the best mixed martial arts fights in the world. UFC events will be available on FOX Sports, FOX Sports+, and FOX Sports HD, and all live events will air on FOX Sports and FOX Sports HD on Saturdays at 10 pm (Buenos Aires) and 8 pm (Mexico City).
"We are excited to be able to bring our viewers a front row seat to the fastest growing sport in world," said Patrick Ilabaca, VP of global marketing and business development, FOX Pan American Sports in UFC press release. "Through our agreement with UFC, mixed martial arts fans throughout Latin America will for the first time be able to watch live UFC events exclusively on FOX Sports, which were traditionally only available on Pay-Per-View."
The handwriting is on the wall for Strikeforce and its Showtime deal. It's only a matter of time before the desired fighters are brought on board with the UFC and the promotion is shutdown. So what does that mean for Showtime's MMA future? Cage Potato says the pay network is looking for alternatives.
Sources close to the promotion that was recently brought back from the verge of death by Stratus Media Group, who acquired a 95 percent ownership stake of the company in June, have informed CagePotato.com that ProElite is in the final stages of negotiations for a multi-year television deal with Viacom that will see its events broadcast on both Showtime and CBS starting in the first quarter of 2012.
ProElite VP of Fight Operations T. Jay Thompson spoke with AOL.com's Ariel Helwani and said the rumors were false.
Kim Kardashian: "I'm Totally Calm" About My Wedding

Her Aug. 20 wedding is just one day away -- but you won't find cold feet in Kim Kardashian's designer heels! At the Wednesday night launch party for the Kardashian Kollection (the sisters' Sears fashion line), Kim, 30, told People that she had zero pre-wedding jitters.
"Everyone says you'll freak out, but I'm totally calm," said the reality star, who will marry NBA player Kris Humphries on Saturday. "I think that freak-out moment kind of already passed."
Kim may be calm, but one member of the wedding party is already nervous: big sister Kourtney, 32. The one sister who's never been married herself, Kourtney sent this tweet from her bridesmaid dress fitting on Wednesday: "I feel like I'm drunk and about to faint!!! And I'm sober as a leaf. Wedding anxiety! And I'm not even the bride!"
Maybe Kourtney is just experiencing performance anxiety on behalf of her 1-and-a-half-year-old son Mason, who's supposed to be the ring bearer. "I was telling Kim that I think I am going to have a heart attack! We'll see what happens," she told Hollybaby at the launch party. "He is 20 months old... We'll see if he behaves!"
Little sister Khloe, who married her own NBA player (Lamar Odom) in 2009, is taking a more thoughtful approach to the big day. "Someone told me that, at your wedding, take your husband and stand in a corner and just kind of be quiet and look and enjoy the presence of all of it," Khloe, 27, said to People. "I really appreciated that, because it goes so fast. It's kind of nice to take five minutes for yourselves."
Sounds like the two sisters are striking a nice balance for Kim -- one to psych her up, one to calm her down! And she's sure to appreciate it on the night before her wedding, which she anticipates she'll be spending in the Kardashian home. "We haven't planned it," admits Kim. "But...I'll definitely be with my family."
